Brian Hollingworth has been working professionally for 35 years. He attended Sheffield and Nottingham Art colleges. After a period in education, he set up his own studio. He has exhibited widely in the UK and has had exhibitions in Australia and America. Galleries who have exhibited his work include The Red Rag Gallery, Stow in the Wolds, Rufford Craft Centre, Nottinghamshire, The Leith Gallery, Edinburgh, Haddenham Gallery, Cambridgeshire, Godfrey and Watt, Harrogate, The Magpie Gallery, Uppingham, Nottingham Museum and Art Gallery
He now works predominantly on commission for private clients.
We discovered a treasure trove of sketch books and Brian generously allows us to use some of them as limited edition canvas art prints. These make excellent groups when hung together and are proving very popular. We suggest using these canvas art pictures in groups of three.
As you have guessed another member of the Hollingworth family. Luke had natural talent from a very early age. He was entered into the National Children's Art Competition at the age of 8, and won the prestigious Frank Tuckett award presented at the Royal Festival Hall in London. He went on to winning prizes for his art annually.
This exceptional early talent showed itself in his more formal art education at school. His art was always purely for pleasure and he did not consider it as a career. He studied for a degree at Aston University and began work in marketing in industry. However it became very obvious that such a creative and adventurous artist needed an outlet for his imagination and pure talent.
Art by People are now working with Luke Hollingworth encouraging him and helping him to develop by selling his work. He is at the very beginning of what we know will be a new career where his true creativity will have full reign.
His work is proving popular with our clients finding the web site. There are a number of new paintings developing and we are very excited at some of Luke Hollingworth's new ideas for exciting wall?canvas art. Watch this site -there will be new work from this up- and coming artist next year.
One of our latest discoveries, Martin Shelley is a retired Art teacher who worked tirelessly helping young people develop their artistic talents. Only recently Martin Shelley has begin, at last, to produce work of his own again. He has a wide range of tecniques and is able to produce a range of work. There is often a humourous quality to his work.
Already ,some of the underlying personal gifts that he has are delighting us. There is a strong use of colour and texture in the canvas?art work that reflects the current decorative and design trends. We like the work he is now producing and have seen some of the sketches and designs planned for the coming year.He has already produced three new art works that will soon be available as canvas art pictures
Art By People passionately believe that there are many creative people that deserve to have their work more widely seen and appreciated. By buying their work from us, you are having the opportunity to own some of the work of that miriad of people who have nurtured the artistic world.
Jonathan Lucie is a new artist to Art By People. We are attracted to his use of acrylic paints which he handles in a fluid way like water-colour paints. Having been a successful water colour artist for many years,he has recently began to experiment with different media in his art. He is just the kind of artist we like to encourage and sell to a wider market.
He enjoys colour and texture and we like the dramatic quality of his work. Translated to canvas art his work is sure to please, and suits a wide variety of decorating styles.

Pinerpaz is one of our most adventurous artists. Always pushing the boundaries of abstract art with her keen sense of movement and texture. There is a dynamic quality to the art coming from her inner restless spirit.
Her technique is ideally suitable for being used in canvas art printing. The thick texture of her paint is picked up on the canvas print to create a piece of wall art that is very different. As limited edition prints, her work provides an interesting and stimulating addition to interior design.
See more is a graphic designer for a large UK company. He prefers to work under a very apt pseudonym, and indeed clients who have purchased his work are always seeking to buy more of his images.
The range of his work has produced some of our most popular canvas art. His keen sense of colour harmony marks his artwork out from the crowd. Being very aware of trends in graphic design, the canvas art he has created is a perfect choice for today?s interior designers. We are also finding that his canvas art design is very popular with clients seeking for pictures that fit into collections of canvas art. His iconic images are a great choice for presents.
For wall art that is in harmony with modern contemporary colour schemes, there is a wide range to choose from the work of this artist.
We have three pictures available from Ben Hopwood and are chasing him up to produce more for us in the future. His direct approach to artwork is mixed with a keen sense of balance and colour. His work resonates with artistic confidence.
The three pictures available combine well together to make a triptych of wall art canvas. They work well with the brown shades favoured in modern contemporary interiors.
