Delivery of gallery products is completed primarily using City Link signed for couriers. Most orders will be dispatched same or next day as payment completion and we pledge to attempt delivery no later than 3 working days after payment. We reserve the right to send small canvases by Royal Mail signed for if total weight is below 1.5kg.
Delivery of Photos to art products should be within approximately 14 working days upon receipt of an order. Occasionally, however, a particular frame may be temporarily out of stock and we will notify you of any such delays.
Most of our orders are shipped using professional courier companies. We operate full online order tracking with all product deliveries, enabling you to track your delivery via an email linking you to the courier systems.
All of our products have a delivery time estimate associated with them when you order. We try very hard to ensure that these times are accurate and we continually review and update them to reflect the latest product status.
All delivery times are based on a standard working week.
Photos to art products can be delivered to a wide variety of countries. However, due to the courier relationships we have in place, we cannot guarantee that all our products can be delivered to all countries. You will be informed if we cannot fulfill your order after you specify your delivery address in the checkout process.
Our gallery products can only be delivered to UK destinations.
Delivery of gallery products is charged at a fixed rate of £7.99 per order.
Delivery prices exclude any local duties and taxes that may be payable by the customer on delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All UK and EU customers will be charged the standard rate of VAT. Other customers will not be charged tax.
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. Simply send us an email luke@artbypeople.co.uk, including your order number for quick reference.
