Art By People canvas art prints are of the highest quality. We take as much care in manufacturing our products as we do choosing our range of exclusive limited edition artworks.

1. Art By People - Canvas Art Materials

We use the finest artists cotton canvas for all the canvas prints we produce. We use a heavy 300 gsm cotton to ensure the canvas pictures are presented at their very best. Beware canvas art print sellers that use the cheaper plastic like polycotton canvas, its inferior to the eye and touch.

The frames we use are museum quality and come in two distinct sizes 2.5cm and our premium 3.8cm extra deep frame. The depth of each of our frames are clearly shown in the description for each artwork. The 3.8cm deep frames are represented in our store with the distinct QA logo. The difference in frame thickness is also represented in the different price ranges we have.

Our Museum Quality Artists Stretcher Bars are made from a mixture of recyclable manmade materials with our premium 3.8cm bars also featuring a laminated oak effect smooth finish . The frame material we use has the advantage of being very light, yet extremely hard wearing and not susceptible to warping like pine or other softwoods are prone to do. Each bar features a rounded back edge which is designed to ensure that the canvas is always kept above the stretcher bar to ensure that there can be no indents on the outer of the canvas. Depending on size our frames are reinforced in the corners upto 16 times to ensure longevity and rigidity.

The key to any canvas art print is marrying the cotton picture to the quality frame. We take extra care in doing this ensuring all corner folds are tight and symmetrical to give that authentic artistic touch.. We even make sure the staples used are double reinforced and shock proof for transportation.

Each canvas art print comes ready to hang with our sawtooth hanging kit already in position. All you need to do is fix a pivot point into your wall and your canvas will be hung within seconds.

2. Art by People - Inks and Printing Process

The printing process we follow features the advanced Multi Colour Epson pigment based system. This has a guaranteed colour fastness fastness of 75 years and upto 200 years depending on room conditions. We take time and effort in making sure each giclee print is archival quality before we package and prepare ready for dispatch.

3. Secure Safe Shopping

When you enter your name, address and payment card number, these details are encrypted on your computer and sent to us before being decrypted by our server. Your payment card details are only used once, at the time of the payment transaction and are not stored after the transaction is completed.

4. Delivery within 3 Days Latest Using Signed For Couriers.

Delivery is completed primarily using City Link signed for couriers. Most orders will be dispatched same or next day as payment completion and we pledge to attempt delivery no later than 3 working days after payment. We reserve the right to send small canvases by Royal Mail signed for if total weight is below 1.5kg.

Each canvas is triple protected before dispatch. Firstly we attach cardboard corner protectors to each corner of the canvas art print. Secondly each canvas art print is bubble wrapped and completely and double folded. Lastly each canvas artwork is placed in our specifically designed boxes and firmly taped ready for pick up dispatch by our couriers.
